TeamSpeak and Joomla are set up in the dashboard under Integrations. There you store credentials, channels and mappings; Joomla can connect articles, Kunena forums, DPCalendar and JEvents among other things. Raid-Helper gets its key, server ID and template there.

A session belongs to the channel it was created in. If no session_id is given and exactly one open session exists there, the bot uses it automatically. LM is the lootmaster; mods and the server owner can manage the session as well.

Events

All times use the timezone from Basics. The default is Europe/Berlin. Without an end time a duration of two hours is assumed. Creator, mods and owner can edit, close and delete events. Shortly before start the voice channel becomes the event location.

The organization profile is linked to the Discord account, not the nickname. Ranks, skills and interests are maintained in the dashboard; /org exposes them in Discord. /rank shows progress and XP.

Tickets

Each ticket is a Discord channel plus an entry in the ticket system. Members see their own tickets, mods the whole support area. Loot reports, insurance cases and task reports are created as tickets as well.

Join-to-Create

A hub channel creates a personal voice channel when someone joins. The channel disappears again once it is empty.

Works only for the temporary voice channel you opened yourself through Join-to-Create. You have to be in that channel. Afterwards you can manage it, including mute and moving members.
